Thank you for your Subject Access Request (SAR), we have received your request, and a member of our Individual Rights Team will be in touch soon for further information if required and to confirm your ID if you do not provide documents outlined below.  

Before your request can proceed you must provide copies of ID documents as follows via email to [email protected].

Photographic ID – Photo page of your current passport or Photocard Drivers Licence. 
Proof of Address – A recent utility bill (gas, electric, satellite television, landline phone bill) issued within the last three months 

If you cannot provide the above ID documents, then other forms of accepted ID are listed on the Gov.uk website. One item from proof of name and one item from Proof of address columns is needed.  

Once we receive your ID documents your request will be processed in line with UK GDPR timescales.
