The role seeks to maintain and develop the delivery of excellent patient care, emphasising clinical management, education and support.
Working as part of a crew or as a solo responder you will be required to attend urgent and critical emergency situations in a variety of environments. Using your advanced clinical skills you will lead the assessment of patients and provide essential care in high-pressure situations. With your talent for leadership you will manage, support and develop a team.
Candidates must be a qualified paramedic registered with the HCPC with evidence of continuous professional development. You must also be willing to undertake a BSc in Healthcare Practice which we will fund.
