The Wellbeing Hub is a single point of contact for staff and managers to access wellbeing information. We have a dedicated Workforce Wellbeing Team supporting a proactive culture of positive wellbeing across the organisation, as well as providing wellbeing-focused bitesize training.
The wellbeing of our staff is a key priority for us and that of the wider NHS, and it is an important part of the NHS People Promise, which aims to improve the experience of working in the NHS for everyone. We know that life and work can have an emotional and physical impact on us all, and we want to create a psychologically safe environment where we get the basics right, and where staff are confident that they will get support when they need it.
To support our staff, we have developed The Wellbeing Hub as the one-stop-shop for health and wellbeing in NWAS. The Wellbeing Hub provides a single point of contact for staff and managers to access information about the range of services available to support their wellbeing. The Wellbeing Hub is reached through a dedicated helpline and email inbox.
More information about the Hub, as well as the wide range of information, resources, and services can be found on the staff intranet (The Green Room). As part of The Wellbeing Hub, our Workforce Wellbeing Team engage with staff regularly across all our NWAS sites, promoting our wellbeing services, campaigns and initiatives.
